The apartment is completely private and equipped with many luxurious touches to make your holiday perfect. The outdoor spaces are shared with the owner and her lovely companion, the dog Cooper. They won’t disturb you; they are simply there to ensure everything is in order and that you have an excellent stay.

Features

1. PAYMENT

Payment is made by bank transfer.
First payment, 30%, upon confirmation of booking.
Second payment, 70%, at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
2. CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be made by registered letter or e-mail.
For cancellation > 1 month before moving in: 25% of the total rent will be charged to the tenant.
For cancellation < 1 month and up to 14 days before moving into the rented property: 50% of the total rent will be charged to the tenants.
In case of cancellation < 14 days before moving into the rented property: 100% of the total rent will be collected at the tenants' expense.
In case of a Covid - lockdown of 1 of the two countries the amount will be refunded 100%.

We recommend travel insurance to avoid these costs.
